Check-in

On the day of your arrival your room will be available from 3:00 pm. The check-in will take place at our reception desk where you will also receive all the necessary information for your stay.

Check-Out

At your day of departure your room will be available for you til 11:00 am. Optionally and depending on availability, you may also book a late check-out for 10 EUR per hour. Please contact our reception service.

Breakfast

Our delicious breakfast buffet with a rich selection of local food is served in the Brasserie.

Monday to Friday:  6:00 to 10:00 am
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 to 10:30 am

Restaurant

Our Schlossrestaurant featuring regional products is open daily from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm.
We offer hot dishes and culinary highlights at the following times:

Daily from 11:30 am to 02:30 pm and 05:30 to 10:00 pm. Between 02:30 and 05:30 pm we have delicious cakes and coffee as well as a reduced selection of warm dishes.
Our beer garden is open from May to September.

Bar

Our Lounge Bar invites you to let the evening end in a relaxed atmosphere with fruity, fresh cocktails and other beverage specialities. In addition, we are also serving delicious dishes.

Wellness and Fitness

Our wellness area with saunas, steam bath and exercise equipment is located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Our reception staff will always be happy to provide you with information and will try to fulfill all the wishes you may have, to ensure that your stay will remain memorable and special.

Underground car park

Are you travelling by car? In our underground car park with direct access to the hotel, 250 covered parking spaces are available for 8 EUR per day.

E-charging station

You can conveniently charge your e-car in front of the hotel. A charging station with two charging points is available. There are also three wall boxes with six charging points in our underground car park.

Free WIFI is available in the rooms as well as in the public areas.

We are happy to deliver food of our menu to your room. This service will be available daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Each room is equipped with air-conditioning which can be set individually.

Dry-cleaning and Laundry Service

We offer a 24 hour laundry service on working days. Laundry which is left at the reception desk from Monday to Friday before 8:30 am will be returned the same day. The laundry list with prices is available at reception.

Information for families

Two children up to the age of eleven are accommodated free of charge in their parents' room. We can also provide a complimentary baby cot. For children aged twelve and older, we are happy to offer an extra bed for 18 EUR per night, breakfast included. For families we provide interconnecting rooms. In case of need, please let us know.

Pets

Your pets are also very welcome in our Schlosshotel Hellenstein. Your cat or dog is invited to stay in your room for 12 EUR per day.
